ICP Regina Youth Volleyball is committed to the health and well being of our players and will follow the Youth Day Camp Guidelines issued by the Saskatchewan Government as part of Phase 4.1, and the Sport and Activities Guidelines as part of Phase 4.2. These documents include general operation, competition, game play, participant health, facility, and disinfecting/cleaning guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We will implement all safety and preventative measures outlined by these guidelines to ensure player safety is at the forefront.

Specific details of the integration of these COVID-19 considerations with our camp will be apart of our ICP COVID-19 Action Plan. This will be available shortly as we prepare for camp and continue to collect new information from the government.

If there is a government regulated reason due to COVID-19 we are unable to host our Summer 2020 Skill Camps, a FULL refund will be issued. Otherwise, all registrations are subject to our current Withdrawal Policy.

All participants will be required to sign off on a COVID-19 Participant Waiver at time of registration and will also be required to attest to this information again by using the COVID-19 Self Assessment Tool  at the beginning of every camp day to ensure the health and safety of all players. It is important all participants continue to follow health and safety guidelines issued by the Saskatchewan Health Authority and to monitor and report if participants are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
