Learn to Play Volleyball
Grades 3 to 5

Learn to Play Volleyball  (boys & girls, grades 3 to 5) is based on the Volleyball Canada Atomic Program! This program is designed for skill development and to teach our new players the basics of the sport through adapted 4v4 play. Players will use a lighter ball, lower net, and a smaller court to get them ready for the more complex 6 on 6 game when they are older!

Each session players will learn a new element of volleyball! This program is open to boys and girls in the grades 3 to 5 who are new to the sport of volleyball.
